Nick Campisano
As Founder and CEO, Nick Campisano has noticed the inefficiencies in finding high-quality developments and foresaw the urgency in the investment landscape to adapt to the evolving world. In 2019, Campisano shifted his focus to effectively utilizing technology, and founded Zyyo, a fintech platform that aims to resolve these issues derived from outdated processes. Within the Executive team, Nick:

Jamie Campisano
As 3rd Party General Counsel, Michael Maier leverages his extensive legal experience and engineering background to provide critical insights into Zyyo's investments and developments. He is the owner of Maier Tax PLLC & Advisory and Maier Law PLLC.
At Zyyo, Michael oversees:
- Arranges financial affairs to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws, utilizing strategies such as income splitting, tax-efficient investing, and optimal timing of income and expenditures.
- Manages activities related to buying, selling, leasing, and renting real estate properties, including market analysis, dispositions, negotiations, and ensuring legal and financial compliance.
- Provides expert advice to businesses on market analysis, business planning, process optimization, and risk management to enhance performance and achieve long-term goals.

- Michael holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Michael Maier
As Chief Development Officer, Martin is proficient in managing complex mixed-use, hospitality, and residential projects. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as an expert in feasibility massing studies and integrated project coordination from site acquisition to stabilization. At Zyyo, he:
- Oversees Design Team operations aligned with Zyyo's mission,
- & Manages major developments and facilitates coordination among Zyyo, design partners, financial institutions, and investors.
Martin is dedicated to ensuring that every development project meets its strategic goals and remains functionally effective throughout its lifecycle. His extensive experience provides him with a deep understanding of all critical variables, including scheduling and budgeting, while upholding the highest standards of quality and project vision. - Coordinated projects exceeding $150 million and over 300,000 square feet,
- He began his career as a Project Manager for a real estate startup, leading complex residential developments,
- Managed diverse projects spanning across Europe and North America,
- & Holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture and Urban Design, and is fully accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Martin Prus
As the Corporate Finance Executive, Lisa comes from a long-time career in accounting and finance. She opened her private accounting and tax firm in 1984 and has assisted many businesses in reaching and achieving their business goals by providing the support needed through financial and business guidance. Within the Management Team, she:
- Works closely with executive management and outside counsel to assist in facilitating the finance and accounting for the company and projects.
- Works with vendors and banks to manage the flow of the funds of the projects.
Lisa continues to manage her private accounting practice in Arizona remotely from her horse ranch in Missouri. Lisa has grown her remote accounting practice over the past several years and is excited to be a member of the Zyyo team. As an entrepreneur and visionary, Lisa feels right at home with this amazing company. Outside of the accounting world, Lisa enjoys spending time with her horses, gardening, crocheting, walking and traveling. Lisa Bradley
As Director of Development, Jake merges his background in design, finance and entrepreneurship to usher projects from concept to cash flowing. He is a Registered Architect with degrees in architecture and real estate development and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. His role at Zyyo consists of:
- Design execution and construction coordination
- Proforma diligence and budget scrutiny
- Portfolio oversight and milestone strategy
- Solutions refinement and resource management
Having one parent who founded their own architecture firm and another who’s a private equity CEO, Jake was destined to be a real estate developer. Over the past 10 years, he previously:
- Worked at Morris Adjmi Architects in NYC where he gained extensive experience in commercial and residential mixed-use developments, ground-up and adaptive reuse projects, and navigating the city's approval agencies
- During his four years at Adjmi, Jake co-led a one million square feet life science development in Boston, managed the construction administration for a hotel-to-office conversion in NYC, and executed the documentation for a 730-unit apartment complex in Brooklyn
- Prior to this, Jake worked for Robert AM Stern Architects, Architecture + Information, and Joeb Moore + Partners, gaining exposure to neoclassic designs, retail and workplace interiors, and luxury modern homes
- Jake received his B.Arch. from Syracuse University (ranked #2 in the US), MSRED from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate (oldest in the US), and RA license in New York, Kentucky and Tennessee
Jake Granoff
As Director of Operations at Zyyo, Jord brings his passion and unique focus to deliver project management and operational excellence, driving Zyyo's developments forward. Within the Investment team, Jord is responsible for:
- Assisting in day-to-day management and organization of multiple projects underway.
- Providing on-site assistance and creative input towards building and executing local momentum for Zyyo developments.
- Managing investor relations to ensure seamless communication and engagement with stakeholders.

Jord worked in Boston and Louisville as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Sales Project Manager at VMS. There, he managed PR media monitoring and measurement and corporate crisis communications projects and accounts with multiple Fortune 500 companies, national brands, and corporations, including FedEx and Mastercard.
Most recently, Jord worked for RR Donnelley & Sons, managing multiple lines of healthcare-related communications business and sales & marketing projects for Humana. He has a passion for architecture and design in the commercial real estate and hospitality verticals.
Jord Green
As Vice President of Investments, Kendrick utilizes his detail-oriented mindset to aid the investment process. He is analytical at heart, always searching for how things operate. Within the Investment team, Kendrick:
- Evaluates market opportunities through feasibility studies, financial analysis, and due diligence to acquire high-potential real estate.
- Conducts financial underwriting for acquisitions, redevelopments, new-builds, and dispositions.
- Prepares investment memorandums with due diligence results, site visit findings, and market insights.
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with investors, lenders, developers, and industry partners to source and negotiate opportunities.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (architecture, design, operations, legal, marketing, finance) for successful project execution and leads the development team to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
