Getting to Know Zyyo
Zyyo is a tech-enabled real estate developer and investment firm that creates smart hospitality
properties. Founded in 2016 and based in New York City, Zyyo has one team that carries a project
from start to finish, taking an initial design all the way to an operating property instead of
outsourcing to multiple different firms. The name stands for Zero Years Young, a reminder to treat
every project as a fresh start.
Both, and the order matters. Zyyo is a real estate company that runs on its own technology. The
technology does the heavy lifting on data analysis and gives investors live, transparent numbers,
while the team's industry expertise drives the decisions that shape each project. We pair a modern,
technology-first process with people who have spent their careers in development and investing.
Zyyo was founded by Nick Campisano, who spent about a decade in investment banking and grew
up around the construction business before starting the firm. He leads a team of experienced
professionals whose expertise spans design, development, and capital raising, with decades of
combined experience behind every project. You can meet the full team here.
Why Zyyo
A traditional deal splits the work among separate firms and usually brings the investor in near the
end - often through a blind pool. Zyyo is built the other way around. One team develops and
operates each property as a single project, working from principles first rather than inherited
process. It also raises capital in stages as a project takes shape, which opens the door to investors
earlier than a standard deal would. You can learn more about each stage here.
Being younger is one of Zyyo's biggest advantages. Zyyo puts the latest tools to work at every stage
of a project, from AI platforms and 3D design software to our own Zyyo Valuation Engine for
underwriting deals. That is how the team incorporates a Day One mindset: treating every day like
the first day of a new business and staying quick to adopt better technology rather than settling
into old habits.
Investing
Zyyo's projects are private real estate offerings, intended for high-net-worth individuals, family
offices, pension funds, and other institutional investors. To get started, fill out the form to become

Zyyo raises money across four rounds, each tied to a phase of a project. The seed round focuses on
identifying and buying land, giving it the name as the "opportunistic stage". Since nothing has
been built yet, this is the riskiest place to invest but the one with the most potential upside. Once
Zyyo moves onto Series A, the project is shovel-ready, meaning approvals are in place and
construction can begin. Series B adds value to the overall project by funding the construction of
the property. By Series C, the project is built and operating, a steadier stage sometimes called
core-plus. You can see how the rounds fit together here.
Zyyo aims to create returns by developing and improving a property, not just by holding it and
waiting for the market to rise. The return comes from the value built during development and the
income the property produces once it opens.
Yes. Zyyo co-develops and co-invests in every property it offers, taking an active role alongside its
investors rather than only managing the deal.

Zyyo's All-In-One platform manages an entire cycle of development through one connected,
technology-driven process, from in-house architecture to an eighty-person construction arm..
Because we work together in the same system, a project moves smoothly from one stage to the next
until it becomes a stabilized asset.
Track Record
Since 2016, Zyyo has completed more than 20 developments worth over $700 million in total,
across a range of asset classes and geographies, and it works with a network of more than 400
partners. Every investor receives the full offering documents, which set out the terms and the risks
before any commitment.
