We are seeking a Multidisciplinary Architectural Designer who not only has a background in architecture but also a deep understanding of other design fields such as UX/UI and branding/marketing. This role is a unique opportunity to merge spatial and digital design to shape compelling narratives for our projects and brand. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.

As a Multidisciplinary Architectural Designer, this position will play a crucial role in shaping Zyyo’s design ecosystem—integrating architectural, digital, and branding strategies. Key responsibility include assisting the lead architect and construction team with design and project coordination. Candidates should be able to read and analyze a drawing set from consultants, create project drawings and sketches, and coordinate on site with existing conditions and construction progress.On the marketing side, this designer will spearhead the company’s graphic design, company branding, rendering visualization, web design, promotional video editing, various marketing material creations, and more.Our ideal candidate will think creatively and bring new ideas on a regular basis. The candidate will also be an effective communicator with the ability to persuade when presenting design ideas. An eagerness to explore new methods and tech is a plus as we are always looking to expand our design horizons.

• Assist projects from concept design development through to completion,
• Develop and present project schematics, renderings, and stylized 3D visualizations that are tailored to the marketing and branding needs,
• Adjust designs and plans to meet lead architect/company needs,
• Prepare drawings and construction documents utilizing Revit and Bluebeam (required),
• Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations,
• Collaborate with other design, construction, finance, marketing and technology professionals. Assist in various other design, marketing and website tasks when needed.

• Bachelor degree or higher, ideally with a B.S., B.A., or M.S. in Architecture. B.Arch is a plus, related fields with strong relevant experience will be considered,
• 0-3 years of experience required. Prior and relevant work experience will reflect compensation package,
• Registered architects with completed and valid licensure is a huge plus with increased salary range,
• Proficient technical drawing skills and design comprehension required,
• Excellent knowledge of software programs such as Revit (required), Adobe PS (required), D5 Render (or other visualization tools), Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office. Other multidisciplinary design programs welcome,
• Strong communication and project management skills along with charismatic interpersonal and presentation skills,
• Sufficient knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards,
• Eagerness to work in a forward thinking, multi-disciplinary design, construction, finance, marketing and technology company.
