Zyyo is looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our growing team of investment and creative professionals. The Investment Intern will play a significant role across all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development including financial analysis and modeling, site acquisition, due diligence, and budgeting. The analyst will prepare detailed financial analyses and models including those for transaction underwriting and return on investment analysis, author internal and external correspondence for transaction and property descriptions, and build offering memoranda for asset sales and capital raisings.

• The analyst will play a significant role across all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development including financial analysis and modeling, site acquisition, due diligence, budgeting.
• The analyst will prepare detailed financial analyses and models including those for transaction underwriting and return on investment analysis, and will provide key takeaways to internal teams.
• Conduct market assessments and research.
• Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.
• Author internal and external correspondence for transaction and property descriptions, offering memoranda for asset sales and capital raisings, and responses to RFP’s.
• Manage any ad hoc Investment analysts assigned.

• Track record of high academic achievement. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate finance, or related disciplines preferred. Expected graduation dates 2025-2028 preferred.
• Previous academic or work experience in real estate principal investing, asset management, financing, development, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience in real estate financial modeling from areas such as real estate corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or real estate investment sales, or debt platforms preferred.
• Strong quantitative, financial analysis, and modeling, MS Excel skills are preferred.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills are also required to succeed in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with significant responsibilities and competing priorities.
• Attention to detail, along with a strong desire to grow and succeed is critical.
• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills at all levels are critical to success at Zyyo.
• Must be able to work well in groups but also independently to manage and own tasks.
